目前領先選手仍為日本的Wataru lino，彥博也緊追在次，大會時時關注兩位頂尖選手的激烈拉鋸戰。第四站為陡下的41公里，除粉質沙地以外，更多了岩盤和尖銳碎石的變化地貌，讓直線下坡的賽道更顯陡峻，需以穩定的步伐來保持平衡，希望彥博能調整好，全力以赴順利奪得先機！
Stage 3 took 209 competitors inland, away from the coast and into the Namib Desert. As of 14:00, 11 finishers have completed the stage and reached camp. Winners for Stage 3 were Wataru Iino of Japan in an incredible performance lasting just over four hours. Second was Tommy Chen of Taiwan, and third was Takuya Wakaoka of Japan. The United States' Jax Marish-Koudele was the first woman to finish Stage 3, with Maki Izuchi-Suban of Japan in second and reigning leader Kathia Rached of Lebanon in third. Jax quoted Maya Angelou by saying: "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away." Competitors have experienced a drastic change in temperature today as the heat has risen.
